Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert critical care to neuro patients making every shift count
Monitor and assess neurological conditions with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Administer treatments and medications ensuring top-tier safety standards
Advocate fiercely for patients and their families during vulnerable times

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state
Experience in ICU or neuro critical care preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical skills and a passion for neuro nursing

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in neuro assessment and ventilator management
Expertise with hemodynamic monitoring and sedation protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Quick thinking in high-pressure critical care environments
