Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and care for critically ill neuro patients delivering life-saving interventions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess neurological status and respond swiftly to changes
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met with excellence

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
Experience in ICU or Neuro ICU preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in neuro assessment and ventilator management
Proficiency with hemodynamic monitoring and drips
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
