Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional critical care to ICU patients, making a real difference in their recovery
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes, showcasing your clinical expertise
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
- Advocate for patients and families during challenging times
- Utilize advanced equipment and protocols to ensure the highest standards of care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- ICU experience preferred to hit the ground running
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical thinking in fast-paced settings
- Proficiency with ICU monitors and ventilators
- Excellent communication with patients and teams
