Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to SDU patients making a real difference
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Advocate for patients ensuring their voices are heard
Maintain highest standards of nursing practice in a fast-paced unit

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
Current certifications including BLS
Passionate about step-down unit care
Ready to jump into per diem opportunities

Education

RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Excellent patient communication
Team collaboration and adaptability
Proficiency in SDU protocols
