Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional emergency care to patients in critical need
Quickly assess and stabilize urgent cases with skill and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier treatment
Triage patients efficiently ensuring the most critical receive priority
Educate patients and families during high-stress moments
Maintain precise documentation to support seamless care continuity

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
ED/ER experience preferred for this dynamic role
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and assessment
Proficiency with ED equipment and protocols
Strong critical thinking under pressure
Excellent communication with patients and teams
