Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare patients for surgery with compassion and precision
Assess and monitor pre-op vital signs to ensure safety
Collaborate with surgical team for seamless patient transitions
Provide comforting education to ease patient anxieties

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
Experience in pre-op or perioperative nursing preferred
BLS certification required
Strong patient-centered approach

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in pre-operative patient assessment
Knowledge of surgical protocols and safety standards
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail in high-pressure settings
