Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 36 hour guarantee, every other weekend, possible on-call
Hours per Week: 60

Roles & Responsibilities
- Apply sharp clinical judgment to diagnose and treat patient responses in the high-stakes Cardiovascular Unit
- Care for over 4000 cardiology patients yearly, supporting life-changing procedures like PTCA, stents, TAVR, and MitraClip
- Manage post-op open heart surgery patients with precision and compassion
- Specialize in congestive heart failure and electrophysiology studies, contributing to groundbreaking clinical trials
- Collaborate with a top-performing team in a Silver Beacon Award-winning unit to deliver exceptional outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license with verification via LARA and Nursys
- 1+ year of ICU experience (no floating counts toward this)
- EKG experience to hit the ground running
- Skills checklist completed within the last year
- Willingness to float to similar units as needed
Education
- RN licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in Neuro, CVICU, and Trauma care
- Experienced with managing vents, CRRT, and balloon pumps
- Strong skills checklist demonstrating ICU competency
