Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional speech-language pathology services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that make real differences in patients' lives
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders with compassion and skill
Document progress accurately to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Active SLP-CCC license in good standing
1-3 years of experience, especially in SNF settings
ASHA certification
Eligible for Tennessee licensure if needed

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
CCC-SLP certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in speech-language pathology
Excellent patient assessment and treatment techniques
Effective communication with patients and teams
Proficiency in documentation and care planning
