Shift Type: Full-time nights, 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, rotating weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patient needs with precision and compassion using the nursing process
Plan and implement personalized care plans that make a real difference
Guide patient teaching to empower individuals on their health journey
Direct ancillary staff to ensure seamless, high-quality team care
Evaluate outcomes and adjust strategies to uphold top nursing standards

Qualifications

Current Iowa RN license to hit the ground running
BCLS and ACLS certifications through American Heart Association
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
Experience preferred but welcoming to enthusiastic new grads too
