Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 36 hour guarantee, every third weekend, on-call required

Hours per Week: 60

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional respiratory therapy and patient care following physician orders and hospital standards
Perform therapeutic and diagnostic pulmonary and cardiovascular procedures with precision
Evaluate patient responses to therapy and take swift corrective actions to improve outcomes
Educate patients and staff on respiratory procedures, equipment, and safety for better care
Maintain and service equipment to ensure top performance
Keep accurate records and reports to support seamless team operations

Qualifications

Michigan Respiratory Therapist license
ACLS certification preferred
2+ years of RRT experience required

Education

Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management
Bipap expertise
ICU and ER experience
ABG proficiency
