Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to cardiovascular surgery patients, making a real difference in their recovery journeys
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes, showcasing your clinical expertise
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assist in pre- and post-operative care, supporting life-changing surgeries
Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity
Maintain precise documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of recent cardiovascular surgery nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong passion for surgical patient care

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Current RN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiovascular surgical procedures and recovery protocols
Proficiency with telemetry monitoring and hemodynamic assessments
Excellent critical thinking and prioritization under pressure
Superior communication skills for patient and team interactions
