Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional occupational therapy to patients, helping them regain independence and improve daily living skills
Develop personalized treatment plans that make a real difference in lives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess patient needs and progress with compassion and expertise
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques for lasting impact

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience
BLS certification preferred
Commitment to patient-centered care

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and empathy with diverse patients
Proficiency in therapeutic modalities and adaptive equipment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting
