Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to PCU patients, making a real difference in their recovery
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
- Educate patients and families to empower them in their healing journey
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in PCU or similar
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in progressive care unit protocols
- Proficiency with telemetry monitoring and cardiac care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
