Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every other weekend, holiday support
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor hemodynamics and manage ventilators to stabilize critical patients
- Administer critical care pharmacology including vasopressors and sedatives
- Manage central lines and assist with bedside procedures like intubations
- Provide compassionate care in a fast-paced ICU/PCU overflow unit
- Collaborate with charge nurses and team for optimal patient outcomes
- Document accurately using Cerner while floating as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license with 2+ years of experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Medical ICU experience from a large facility
- Critical thinker who thrives in team environments
