Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with 4 weekend shift commitment

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to med-surg patients including trauma, neuro, and ortho cases
Manage drains, IVs, Foley catheters, NGTs, and colostomy systems with precision
Monitor and support 5-6 patients per shift in a dynamic 20-bed unit
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of charge nurses, RNs, and PCTs
Utilize advanced equipment like wound vacs, Plum 360 IV pumps, and Meditech EMR

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of med-surg experience
Current BLS certification required
Ready to thrive in a fast-paced trauma/ortho environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in starting IVs, Foley/NGT insertion and management, drain handling
Familiar with chest tube management and trauma experience a plus
Skilled in ortho procedures, external fixators, and wound care
Team player with a compassionate approach to patient care
