Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory care and evaluation to NICU and PICU patients using cutting-edge technologies
Manage advanced equipment like high flow devices, 3100A ventilators, and nitric oxide therapy
Provide life-saving treatments including medication delivery and nebulizer therapy
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma environment

Qualifications

Active RRT license
BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
NICU/PICU experience preferred

Education

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
Expertise in high-acuity pediatric respiratory care
Critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced settings
Team collaboration and patient-focused approach
