Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Start Date: 01-06-2026

End Date: 04-07-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or Tuesday-Saturday, with rotation at least one weekend day per month

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient evaluations to create personalized therapy plans
Deliver impactful therapy interventions that restore independence
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including PT and SLP to optimize care
Adapt treatments for acute care and inpatient rehab patients
Float across hospital departments to make a difference everywhere

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapy Texas License
Current CPR/BLS certification
At least 1 year of experience
Must have acute care and inpatient rehab experience - non-negotiable for success here

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in evaluations and regular therapy interventions
Strong background in acute care settings
Inpatient rehab experience to handle diverse caseloads
Team player mentality in a bustling therapy department
