Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to geriatric and swing bed patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor telemetry for acute care patients with precision and attentiveness
Perform wound care and minor procedures with skill and confidence
Collaborate with a tight-knit team in a 24-bed unit, fostering excellent patient experiences
Provide concierge-level service to an affluent community, exceeding expectations every shift

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
BLS certification required, ACLS and CPI preferred
Experience in geriatric care or inpatient rehab (swing bed patients)
Wound care expertise as an advanced skill

Telemetry monitoring proficiency
Geriatric and rehab patient care
Wound care management
Cerner documentation system
Standard med/surg equipment handling
