Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with 2 weekends per pay period
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to trauma and burn ICU patients making a real difference
- Perform critical procedures like wound care, codes, EVDs and MTP
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of 85 staff members in a 30-bed unit
- Manage 2:1 patient ratios with cutting-edge critical care equipment
- Float to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU or PCU as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- At least 1 year of experience
- Trauma, burn and surgical ICU experience required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Team player who asks questions and helps others
Education
- BSN preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Critical care equipment proficiency
- Meditech EMR system
- Wound care and advanced ICU procedures
- Patient ratios management in high-acuity settings
