Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to adult behavioral health patients across a 120-bed unit
- Manage BH admissions and discharges with precision and empathy
- Serve as a Lead RN resource after brief classes provided
- Collaborate with RNs and MHTs while floating to other inpatient units
- Monitor vital signs using Welsh Allen equipment and document in Meditech EMR
- Make a real difference in patients lives with varied mental health needs
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- CPI Certification
- At least 1 year of current Behavioral Health experience
- Flexibility to handle varying patient acuity
- Team player with compassion at your core
Education
- RN licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong Behavioral Health Inpatient experience preferred
- Proficiency with Meditech EMR
- Vital signs monitoring expertise
- Crisis intervention through CPI training
- Patient ratio management in a 1:8/9 setting
