Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 2 weekend 24-hour call shifts in 6 weeks and 1 night a week

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist with critical endoscopy procedures like EGD, Colon, EUS, ERCP, EBUS, and Bronchoscopy
Provide exceptional pre-op and PACU care in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with a dedicated team using cutting-edge Olympus scopes and ERBE equipment
Monitor patients closely to ensure safe and successful outcomes
Adapt to variable patient ratios while maintaining top-notch care standards

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of in-hospital Endoscopy experience
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Scheduling flexibility and self-motivated attitude
Comfortable floating to PACU, Phase II, Pre-OP, or OR with prior experience

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise with Olympus Scopes, ION, and ERBE equipment
Proficiency in Cerner and Provation EMR systems
Pulmonary procedural experience like Bronchoscopy is a big plus
Strong teamwork in high-volume endoscopy units
