Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to high-acuity patients in a 16-bed ICU
Manage ventilators, sedation, and medication titration with precision
Collaborate seamlessly with techs and staff using GE monitors and Drager vents
Perform impactful procedures like trach placements and bronchoscopies
Enhance patient experience through AIDET and thoughtful communication

Qualifications

Active RN license
2+ years of ICU nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications
Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and sharp problem-solving skills

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management expertise
Sedation and medication titration proficiency
Familiarity with Meditech documentation and Pyxis med dispensing
Comfort with high-ratio 2:1 patient care in a fast-paced Trauma III environment
