Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC, rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver total care to critically ill oncology patients, making a real difference every shift
Masterfully titrate drips and manage ventilators to stabilize the most complex cases
Provide hands-on trach care, dressing changes and turning for optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate seamlessly with physicians and team members in a fast-paced 10-bed BMT ICU
Monitor and respond to A-lines, BiPAP and CRRT with precision and confidence

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of solid ICU experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ready to float across ICUs, PCU and BMT as needed
Compassionate team player with great physician rapport

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ICU background including drip titration and ventilator patients
BiPAP management expertise
Familiarity with CRRT, A-lines, Flow-trak and IV pumps
Comfortable with Meditech EMR
Bonus points for kidney, pancreas or liver transplant experience
