Shift Type: Full-time, 3x12 hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate labor and delivery care to moms and newborns
Monitor fetal heart rates and manage inductions with confidence
Assist in C-sections, vacuum deliveries and emergency OB situations
Support mother-baby couplet care and newborn transitions
Handle postpartum recovery and NICU intermediate care
Collaborate with a seasoned team of 30-year veteran RNs
Perform daily patient rounding to ensure exceptional experiences

Qualifications

RN license in good standing
2+ years of labor and delivery experience
BLS, NRP and Fetal Monitoring training required
Comfortable with shoulder dystocia, PP hemorrhage and OB emergencies
Experience with inductions using Pitocin and cervidil a plus

Education

Valid RN licensure
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in labor, delivery and newborn transition
Proficient in fetal monitoring and OB emergency management
Skilled in C-sections, circumcisions and assisted deliveries
Familiarity with Meditech documentation and CPN central monitoring
