Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room during complex cardiac and vascular procedures
Scrub and circulate with precision to support life-saving surgeries like CABG, AVR, TAVR and aortic repairs
Collaborate seamlessly with a tight-knit team of 7 RNs and 6 CSTs across 5 specialized CVOR suites
Thrive under pressure in emergencies, ensuring every patient receives top-tier attention
Float to Main OR, CathLab and IR as needed to maximize your impact

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1 year experience, ideally 2+ years exclusive CVOR background
Ready to rock black scrubs provided by the unit

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiac and vascular surgery including open and endovascular procedures
Proficient in scrubbing and circulating roles
Comfortable with complex cases like Type A dissections, thoracoabdominal approaches, VSD repairs, Impella/ECMO and thoracic robotics
Team player who excels in high-pressure, fast-paced OR environments
