Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to guide patient recovery
Establish personalized plans of care that make a real difference
Collaborate with the rehab team on progress, equipment, and discharge planning
Assist with rounds and care conferences to ensure seamless patient journeys
Deliver treatments in rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and the state-of-the-art rehab gym

Qualifications

Active NC Physical Therapy license
CPR certification
Hospital or nursing home experience preferred
At least 2 years of experience, with 3+ years in a medical setting ideal

Education

Physical Therapy degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in physical therapy evaluations and plan of care development
Strong communication with rehab teams
Familiarity with Cerner and NetHealth documentation systems
Comfortable treating in diverse settings from patient rooms to outdoor areas
