Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, full time with 4 weekend shifts per month

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient-centered care on bustling Ortho and Med Surg units
Manage patient loads with a positive attitude and teamwork mindset
Collaborate with PCTs, SNEs and unit secretaries to provide top-notch support
Float to inpatient units, CCU and ED as needed to make a real impact
Utilize Meditech system for accurate documentation and seamless care coordination

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
BLS certification required
Positive attitude and willingness to work hard
Team player focused on patient-centered care
Comfortable with 6:1 patient ratios

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Med Surg expertise
Ortho patient care
Teamwork and patient load management
Meditech documentation proficiency
Floating to various units including CCU and ED
