Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, required to work every 3rd weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to high-acuity patients in a 21-bed ICU
Manage ventilators, titrate vasopressor drips and monitor arrhythmias
Perform intubations, central line insertions and bronchoscopies
Care for sepsis, cardiac and med/surg critical patients with compassion
Collaborate with intensivists on-site 24/7 for optimal outcomes
Float to telemetry when needed to keep skills sharp

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year current acute care hospital ICU experience
BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications required
Team-oriented personality with a good sense of humor

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in cardiac care and CRRT preferred
Experience with Hospira IV pumps and Meditech EMR
Skilled in high-acuity ICU procedures and patient ratios from 1:1 to 2:1
