Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to high-acuity patients in a 6-bed ICU
Manage patient ratios of 2:1, 1:1, or 3:1 with precision and compassion
Perform advanced procedures including central line and art line placements, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and intubation
Utilize cutting-edge equipment like Arctic Sun and Continuous EEG
Collaborate with a dedicated team including nurse tech support
Float to ICU overflow to ensure seamless patient care
Document accurately in Meditech while prioritizing patient experience

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS
Galaxy Blue or Pewter scrubs required

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking for fast-paced decisions
Excellent communication with patients and team
Proficiency with ICU monitors, Arctic Sun, Continuous EEG, and Meditech
