Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care for assigned patients
Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Document care and patient responses in the electronic medical record
Escalate changes in patient condition promptly and participate in handoffs
Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety practices

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred
Clinical experience as an RN preferred
Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality care

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and care planning
Medication administration and documentation
IV therapy fundamentals and safe practices
Electronic medical record navigation and charting
Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
