Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care following facility policies
Perform thorough assessments and document patient status accurately
Administer medications and treatments safely and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and follow care plans
Educate patients and families to support recovery and informed decisions
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate as appropriate
Maintain accurate electronic health record documentation and handoffs

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required); ACLS/PALS preferred
Clinical experience in inpatient or acute care settings preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to pass facility-required background checks and onboarding

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
High school diploma or equivalent plus nursing degree and state RN license

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and clinical decision-making
Medication administration and IV therapy fundamentals
Electronic health record (EHR) charting and documentation
Infection control practices and patient safety protocols
Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
