Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Nights - 7 Nights On, 7 Nights Off; Wednesday - Tuesday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate testing procedures and clinical data with medical staff
Perform EKGs, phlebotomies, and specimen collections
Maintain standards in routine, timed, and STAT testing
Assist in the orientation and training of new employees
Prepare and monitor quality control charts and instrument maintenance protocols

Qualifications

Certified or registered with ASCP, NCA, or equivalent registry
2 years of experience as a Medical Technologist
Phlebotomy experience required
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Computer skills for communication with medical and technical personnel

Education

Certification or registration in Medical Technology

Knowledge & Skills

Verbal and written English
Coordination of testing procedures
Bilingual a plus
Computer skills
