Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery
Monitor patients closely and respond quickly to any changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe deliveries
Support families through one of life's most meaningful moments
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio
BLS, NRP, and NIHSS certifications required
Previous Labor and Delivery experience preferred
Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing needs

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced Labor and Delivery environment
Flexible and reliable with a patient-first mindset
