Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to both pediatric and adult patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans that address developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate with a dedicated pediatric PTA and supportive rehab team
- Occasionally assist with acute inpatient evaluations when needed
- Create positive, engaging therapy experiences that help patients reach their goals
Qualifications
- Current Colorado PT license required
- BLS certification required
- Some pediatric experience preferred
- Comfortable working with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Ability to build rapport with children and families
- Flexibility to adapt to both scheduled and occasional inpatient needs
- Excellent documentation and time-management abilities
