Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients on a 26-bed cardiopulmonary telemetry and neuro unit
- Monitor and interpret EKGs while delivering expert telemetry nursing care
- Collaborate with hospitalists, charge nurses, and respiratory therapists to optimize patient outcomes
- Support patients recovering from neuro events, CVAs, and pulmonary conditions
- Administer high-flow oxygen therapy and manage complex medication regimens
- Mentor new staff and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry or neuro experience within the past 6 months
- Successful completion of Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam (2 attempts maximum)
- EKG interpretation proficiency

- Telemetry monitoring and centralized EKG interpretation
- Neuro and stroke patient care
- Pulmonary assessment and high-flow oxygen management
- Strong critical thinking and rapid response skills
- Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
