Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. One evening call per week (3:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and two weekend calls per month (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Circulate across all surgical specialties including cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, and general procedures
- Support robotic-assisted surgeries using both Mako and DaVinci systems
- Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure seamless procedures
- Precept and mentor new team members as needed
- Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support patient care needs
- Maintain excellence in high-acuity cases including CABGs, craniotomies, and trauma surgeries
Qualifications
- Active RN license with at least 4-5 years of hospital OR experience
- Proven robotics experience with Mako and/or DaVinci systems
- Strong cardiovascular circulating experience including CABGs
- Ability to handle craniotomies and complex neuro cases
- Comfortable with ortho trauma, total joints, and general surgery procedures
- Reliable attendance and commitment to team success
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise circulating in cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, and general surgery
- Robotics proficiency with both Mako (ortho) and DaVinci (general, urology, CV)
- Strong understanding of trauma protocols and emergency response
- Ability to adapt quickly between multiple surgical specialties
- Excellent communication and teamwork in high-pressure environments
