Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias with confidence
- Provide compassionate care for patients with CHF, respiratory conditions, GI issues, diabetes, and post-cath recovery
- Support patients through total joint replacement recovery journeys
- Collaborate with charge nurses and house supervisors to deliver seamless care
- Float to East Campus or PCU when needed, showcasing your flexibility and skill
- Document accurately using Cerner after a streamlined one-shift orientation
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to pass the dysrhythmia exam within two attempts before signing contract
- Experience reading basic telemetry strips
- Some background with CVA and TIA patients preferred
- Total joint replacement care experience is a plus
- Cerner experience recommended for quick ramp-up
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
- Comfort with BiPAP, CPAP, and breathing treatments
- Understanding of set-rate drips such as Diltiazem/Cardizem
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with CNAs at 1:10-15 ratios
