Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to oncology and trauma PCU patients
- Monitor and titrate drips including insulin and cardizem as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PT/OT, case managers, and dietitians
- Float to same-level-of-care units to support patient needs across the hospital
- Perform hourly rounding to ensure excellent patient experience
- Support patients from diagnosis through remission or provide peaceful end-of-life care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- ONS/ONCC certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of PCU or oncology nursing experience
- First-time travelers welcome
- EPIC experience within the last 6 months preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring (CVP, A-line, Swan-Ganz, EV-1000, ICP)
- Comfortable with chemotherapy administration and oncology protocols
- Proficient with Alaris IV pumps and EPIC EMR
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
