Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized occupational therapy interventions that help patients regain independence
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to create comprehensive care plans
- Document patient progress using Cerner EMR to ensure seamless communication
- Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs
- Contribute to a positive rehab environment where every milestone matters
Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy specialty
- At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience
- Open to first-time travelers
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Cerner EMR documentation experience
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Adaptability to meet diverse patient needs
