Respiratory Therapist
Location: Bismarck, North Dakota

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert respiratory care across all patient populations from neonates to geriatrics
- Deliver compassionate support in Level II trauma, NICU, ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac units
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize advanced equipment including Airvo, PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, and V-60 Respironics
- Make independent clinical judgments while maintaining the highest standards of care
- Cover all areas throughout the facility ensuring comprehensive respiratory therapy services
Qualifications
- Current RRT or CRT credential required
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- Active North Dakota state respiratory therapy license
- Minimum NICU experience required
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment

- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with multiple ventilator platforms and respiratory equipment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability across diverse patient care settings
