Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop personalized therapy plans that help residents regain communication skills
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care
- Document progress and adjust treatment strategies to maximize outcomes
- Educate patients, families, and staff on effective communication techniques
Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is a plus
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
