Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and every other major holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as charge nurse overseeing daily operations on your unit
- Administer medications safely and accurately to residents
- Provide compassionate wound care and monitor healing progress
- Build meaningful relationships with residents living with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
- Collaborate with the DON and interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent care
- Respond to resident needs with professionalism and warmth
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
- BLS certification required
- Prior long-term care nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Long-term care nursing experience
- Medication administration and wound care
- Comfort working with residents who have heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
- Ability to work independently as charge nurse
- Familiarity with Matrix EMR a plus
