Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start with varying end times, plus call coverage
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $98 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons as the first assistant during complex orthopedic, robotic, neuro, and GYN procedures
- Provide expert support across a wide range of specialties including urology, vascular, ENT, and general surgery
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float between campuses as needed to support operational excellence
- Maintain sterile technique and anticipate surgeon needs throughout each case
Qualifications
- Active RN license with RNFA certification required
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proven experience in ortho, robotics, neuro, and GYN specialties
- Strong scrubbing skills as an RN
- Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
Knowledge & Skills
- Expert knowledge of robotic surgical systems including DaVinci
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical records
- Deep understanding of orthopedic, neurosurgical, and GYN procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to varying case lengths and call schedules
