Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as charge nurse overseeing daily operations on the unit
- Administer medications safely and accurately to residents
- Provide skilled wound care and monitor healing progress
- Collaborate with physicians via on-call support for resident needs
- Build meaningful relationships with long-term care residents and families
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
- BLS certification required
- Prior long-term care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable working independently as charge nurse
- Skilled in medication administration and basic wound care
- Familiar with Matrix EMR documentation
- Able to manage a 1:10 day and 1:19 night nurse-to-resident ratio
