Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert care to oncology and women's surgical patients
Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
Collaborate with a dedicated team of nurses, CNAs, and support staff
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery
Document care accurately using the Cerner EMR system

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Chemo certification preferred but not required
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn

Knowledge & Skills

Oncology and women's surgical nursing expertise
Comfortable with patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5
Familiarity with standard unit equipment and Cerner EMR
Ability to assist with occasional pelvic exams, echo, and thoracentesis procedures
