Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
Administer medications and manage complex medical equipment with precision
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
Document care accurately using Meditech electronic health records

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Meditech documentation system
Experience with ICU equipment and monitoring technology
Ability to float as needed within the facility
Excellent assessment and decision-making abilities
