Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons during elective surgical procedures across multiple specialties
Prepare and maintain sterile fields for Ortho, Spine, CV, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology cases
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 70 professionals in a 23-OR suite
Ensure patient safety and comfort through attentive, one-on-one care
Support smooth case flow in a no-trauma, teamwork-focused environment

Qualifications

Minimum 1-year current acute care CST hospital experience
NBSTA and DORA certifications required
Preferred experience in Ortho, Spine, or CV procedures
Flexible and patient-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Strong sterile technique and OR protocols
Familiarity with Meditech and CPN documentation systems
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
Comfortable working across a variety of elective surgical specialties
