Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver life-saving respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients using advanced technologies
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans
Monitor and adjust ventilator settings to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate families on respiratory treatments and home care techniques
Respond swiftly to emergencies with critical thinking and compassion

Qualifications

Current RRT license and 2 years of acute care hospital experience
BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
Previous NICU/PICU experience strongly preferred
Meditech documentation experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

High Flow Devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servo ventilators, Nitric Oxide, and Heliox
Continuous nebulizers and standard respiratory therapies
Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Team collaboration and patient-centered care focus
