Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from cardiac, orthopedic, and neuro procedures
Monitor vital signs and manage advanced equipment including LVADs, A-lines, Swans, and ventilators
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 16 professionals in a 16-bed PACU unit
Float to Pre-op as needed to support seamless patient flow
Respond to on-call needs within one hour to ensure continuous patient care

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of experience
Current ACLS certification required
Critical Care ICU experience and PACU experience are must-haves
Cardiac or Ortho/Neuro experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong teamwork and communication skills
Proficiency with Meditech EMR
Comfort managing complex post-surgical patients
Ability to handle a 2:1 patient ratio with confidence
