Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory care to patients across critical care units
Manage ventilators and provide life-saving breathing support
Perform arterial blood gases from A-lines and sticks with precision
Assist during intubations, rapid responses, and emergency codes
Administer nebulizer treatments and monitor patient progress
Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team as a true team player

Qualifications

Active RRT credential and state licensure in Florida
Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
Strong critical care and ventilator management skills
Excellent assessment abilities and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with Servo and 840 equipment
Critical care respiratory therapy expertise
Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment
Meditech EMR experience preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in high-acuity settings
